1. The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 03.10.2024 passed in a case vide FIR No.20 dated 12.02.2024, under Sections 307, 324, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 of SC & ST Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, Punjab.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal.
