1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to connect the sewage system of the house of the petitioner with the sewerage line of the Village connected to the Village pond.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
