1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-CBSE submitted that the impunged order of rejection for correction in the date of birth of the petitioner (Annexure P-9) will be withdrawn by the respondents because it is not a reasoned order and liberty may be granted to the respondent-CBSE to pass a fresh order in accordance with law, which will not only be a well reasoned order but will also be with due application of mind and also in the light of judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jigya Yadav versus CBSE, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 415. He submitted that adequate opportunity of hearing will be granted to the petitioner before passing the order.
2. In view of the specific statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-CBSE, nothing would surivive in the present petition.

3. It is directed that fresh order be passed within a period of two months from today.
4. The present petition stands disposed of.
