1. This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.05.2023 passed in case titled as "Farah Khan vs. Mohd. Shahzad and Ors.", case No.COMA/101/2021 by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, vide which the application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for interim maintenance has been allowed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CR no.3407 of 2024 titled as "Hemant Bhagat and others vs. Prekshi Sood Bhagat and other connected matters", the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
