1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 24.01.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Narwana whereby the application dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) filed by defendant No.1/petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11CPC has been dismissed.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 20.02.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Narwana, the main suit itself has been finally decided and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand disposed of with the abovesaid order.
