1. Seeking grant of interim bail the FIR cap oned above, the pe oner has come up before this Court under Sec on 483 BNSS, 2023.
2. Pe oner seeks interim bail to take care of his ailing wife. Although there is no male member in the family to a end her but a er interac ng with the counsel, he admits that pe oner's wife is not hospitalized as on date and her health is not cri cal.
3. Given above, no ground is made out to grant interim bail to the pe oner.
4. At this stage, counsel for the pe oner wishes to withdraw the present pe on.
