Present petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to release/issue the clearance certificate/No Dues Certificate to the petitioner as regards Car Indigo ECS LX bearing registration No.PB-09R- 8596 against which the petitioner claims to have already cleared the outstanding loan amount.
Respondents No.2 and 3 are the private Finance Company. Besides, as per the office report dated 11.09.2024, the petitioner is stated to have died. Counsel for the petitioner also contends that he has made numerous efforts to get in touch with the petitioner, however, there is no response forthcoming. This Court has already dealt with similar cases and has passed a comprehensive judgment.
Thus, under the given circumstances, the present petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 06.10.2023 passed in CWP-7599- 2020 titled as 'Gurcharan Singh Vs State Of Punjab And Others'.
