1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 25.07.2014 and 22.03.2017 (Annexures P-5 and P-6 respectively).
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas raised in the present petition before the concerned department.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
