1. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 28.01.1999 (Annexure P-4).
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in Court today, same was the position on 15.07.2024.
3. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
4. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
