1. Seeking se ng aside of judgment dated 28.05.2019 passed in CRR No.411 of 2018 and judgment passed in NACT-531/2017 dated 21.07.2018, the pe oner has come up before this Court under Sec on 482 CrPC.
2. Counsel for the pe oner, at the very outset, wishes to withdraw the present pe on with liberty to take all the pleas as raised in the present pe on before the trial Court.
3. Given above, the present pe on is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. All pending applica ons, if any also stands disposed.
