1. Seeking issuance of direc on to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the pe oner and also to inves gate the FIR cap oned above, the pe oner has come up before this Court under Ar cle 226 of Cons tu on of India.

2. Counsel for the pe oner submits that the limited prayer of the pe oner is to provide protec on to the pe oner.

3. State counsel submits that protec on has already been granted. Counsel for private respondent submits that pe oner has nothing to scare from them.

4. Given above, the present pe on is disposed of with clarifica on that from tomorrow onwards, if protec on is to be provided, the SHO and Superintendent of Police shall provide the protec on at their own a er reviewing the threat percep on. All pending applica ons, if any also stands disposed.
