Prayer in the present application is for withdrawal of the main writ petition, bearing CWP No.4460 of 2024. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the main writ petition (CWP-4460-2024) with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law. Notice of the application.
