Present appeals have been filed against the judgment and decree dated 26.07.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, whereby the appellant has not been held entitled for promotion and seniority.
Learned counsel for the appellant(s) submits that nothing survives in the present appeals as the issue in contention was the seniority and promotion and during the pendency of present appeals, the appellant(s) has unfortunately 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 31-10-2024 18:11:24 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:140477 RSA-332-2006 (O&M) and two more cases -2- passed away and as such, the question of seniority and promotion does not survive any more and further prays that the present appeal be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
