1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing order dated 29.03.1996 (Annexure P-4), order dated 29.08.1997 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 08.10.1998 (Annexure P-6).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter pertains to the correction of Khasra Girdawari and by now, subsequent jamabandis must have been prepared to further extent. Learned counsel further submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the petitioner and pleads no instructions.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
