The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to publish the detailed marks of selected and unselected candidates as per directions issued by this Court in judgment, dated 22.05.2014, passed in Civil Writ Petition No.2201 of 2014.

2. Learned State counsel on instructions received from Secretary of the Commission vide letter dated 24.10.2024, submits that issues regarding selection to the post of PGT Sanskrit pursuant to advertisement 04/2015, dated 28.06.2015, are pending before the Supreme Court in SLP No.3263 of 2023. Provisional result of this selection has been announced on 07.01.2024, only in terms of interim direction issued in the pending SLP. Whenever the final result is announced, the detailed marks of all the candidates will also be notified by the Commission thereafter.
