The applicant has come up against the judgment of acquittal dated 03.01.2019 passed by the trial Court, under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C.
2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 19.10.2024, this Court had passed the following order which reads as under:
" The case has been called again.
Applicant is absent.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 01.10.2024, this Court had passed the following order:-
" On the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the applicant.
Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant.
List on 19.10.2024.
If the applicant remains absent on the next date of hearing also, this Court shall dismiss the case for non-prosecution."
List on 25.10.2024.
If the appellant still remains absent on the next date of hearing also, this Court shall dismiss the case for non-prosecution."
3. The case was called out twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant-appellant.

4. Given above, the present leave to appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
