During pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been granted selection grade vide order dated 25.09.2024, subject to integrity for the years 2012 to 2015.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the pre-condition of good integrity for the mentioned years has been wrongly incorporated therein, and seeks permission to withdraw the petition to file a fresh one to challenge the order.
