1. Petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter-alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.6 to decide the revision petition No.84 of 2018, Annexure P-4.
2. Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana has received instructions from the ADA, Department of Cooperation, to submit that the revision petition would be decided within a period of three months from the date of completion of service of the official respondents.
3. In view of the statement made by the State counsel, writ petition is disposed of.
