1. Petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 15.09.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ambala in EXE/422/2018.
2. By making a reference to the settlement agreement dated 29.07.2024, counsel for the respondent submits that the dispute was compromised between the parties and the petitioner was to pay an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in full and final settkement on the dates specified in para 7 of the settlement. She submits that the petitioner has not adhered to his part of the settlement.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. It seems that the petitioner is playing hide and seek with the Court.
5. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
