1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from the unauthorized occupants over the land comprised in Khasra No.15, in Kabul Bagh area, Ward No.11, near Chawla Colony, Panipat on the basis of demarcation report dated 04.09.2023 (Annexure P-1).

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies available under the law.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
