FIR No. Dated Police Sta on Sec ons 493 28.10.2020 Gohana, Sonepat 302, 201, 34 IPC and 25 of Arms Act Pe oner whose bail has been rejected on two occasions has again come up before this Court for third me without any change in circumstance under Sec on 483 BNSS, 2023.

2. Vide order dated 22.04.2022 passed in CRM-M No.34325 of 2021, this Court had dismissed the bail pe on by men oning reasoning in para no.5 of the pe on which reads as follows:-

"A er brutally killing both persons, the accused dumped the dead bodies in the drain. The role of pe oner can only be ascertained a er all the witnesses are examined and not before that. An analysis of the allega ons and evidence collected does not warrant the grant of bail to the pe oner."

3. There is no change in circumstance.

4. Given above, the present pe on is dismissed. All pending applica ons, if any also stands disposed.
