1. On 23.09.2024, the following order was passed :

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner- bank is regularly filing appeals before the Appellate Authority constituted under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 because said authority is not passing order. If an appropriate order is passed, it would save valuable time and energy of the bank. The Appellate Authority heard a bunch of 31 appeals in December' 2023 and reserved 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 30-10-2024 05:44:42 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:139840 CWP-24262-2024 2 the judgment on 14.12.2023. Still, order has not been pronounced.
Adjourned to 18.10.2024.
The Appellate Authority is hereby directed to appear before this Court on the adjourned date through V.C. Registry is directed to send copy of this order to respondent No.2.
Process Dasti as well."

2. Mr. Hemang Dimngel, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner and Appellate Authority is present in Court. He submits that orders have already been passed and dispatched to the petitioner. He further submits that the appeal which is filed along with application seeking condonation of delay would be decided in due course.

3. Faced with this, Mr. Kartikeya does not press the present petition.

4. Dismissed as not pressed.
