1. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus, mandamus, directing the respondents to count the entire daily wages/casual labour service rendered by the petitioner w.e.f. 16.09.1995 to 20.02.2014 as qualifying service for the purpose oof pensionary/retiral benefits. Reliance has been placed upon a Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 31.08.2010 passed in CWP No.2371 of 2010 - Harbans Lal v. State of P Punjab.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for claiming the aforesaid afo relief,, petitioner has already submitted representations dated 16.03.2020 (Annexure P P-9) and 01.09.2022 (Annexure P-10) P and at this stage, he would be satisfied, if the said representation are considered and decided by passing a speaking order representations in a time-bound bound frame.

3. Notice of motion.

4. Ms. Anamika Sheoran, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of Mr. Vikas Singh, Advocate, and has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record of the case.

6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in the present petition, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the claim made by the petitioner in representations dated 16.03.2020 (Annexure P P-9) and 01.09.2022 (Annexure P-10) P in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this thi order.

7. The petition stands disposed of.
