Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 04.04.2024 (Annexure P-5), whereby, the application under Section 391 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner has been dismissed in Appeal No.99-2020 instituted on 17.03.2020 against the judgment of conviction in complaint No.NACT-291 of 2015 instituted on 24.07.2015 under Section 138 of the NI Act, 1881.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Prayer is accepted.
