1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate writ for setting aside the orders dated 07.10.2022, 14.10.2022, 28.10.2022, 04.11.2022, 09.12.2022, 15.12.2022 and 06.06.2024 (Annexures P-3, P-6, P-7, P-8, P-9, P-10 and P-12 respectively).

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
