1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.4 to take action on the complaint dated 01.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternate remedies in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
