1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) P
2. Learned counsel for the respondents respondents-UOI UOI has pointed out and has placed on record the communication dated 01.10.2024, whereby the matter has been referred to Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna to carry out a discrete inquiry against the petitioner and has also sought information as per the format in compliance of the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Balwinder Singh vs. Union of India in CWP-- 19314-2020, 2020, decided on 13.09.2023,
3. In light of the above, the present peti petition is pre-matured matured as the petitioner himself has failed to place on record the requisite documents with the authorities and has approached this Court.
4. At this stage, I do not find any ground to grant any relief to the petitioner, accordingly, the present present petition is dismissed.
