PRESENT: - Mr. Gulshan Nandwani, Advocate, for the petitioner.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General,
                                      Haryana.

                        Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral)

The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of TGT English in BC-B category, pursuant to advertisement 2/2023, dated 21.02.2023.

2. Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner applied as General category candidate and was so considered. However, she could not make a mark and was not selected as per the final result declared on 27.07.2024. At this stage, she cannot seek change in category and consideration for the post as BC-B category candidate. The issue already stands decided against the petitioner in Civil Writ Petition No.18628 of 2024 tiled Nisha vs. State of Haryana & others.

3. In view of the decision already rendered by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, there is no ground to entertain the petition. AVIN KUMAR 2024.10.25 08:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order. CWP No.23143 of 2024 [2]

4. Dismissed.
