1. The claim of the petitioners is for grant of minimum pay scale, for which, reliance is placed on the judgment passed by this Court in Sonia and Others vs. State of Haryana and Others CWP-9648-2023, decided on 25.09.2024 along with other connected cases. In this regard, a representation dated 30.09.2024, Annexure P-14, has been submitted by them but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioners, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

3. At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 30.09.2024, in accordance with law, 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 27-10-2024 08:41:46 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:137775 CWP-28555-2024 (O&M) -2- expeditiously. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
