1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) and for restoration of the Mutation No.3395.
2. At the outset, learned senior counsel representing the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition for the present.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn for the present.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
