For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case (CWP-13765-2021), which is otherwise fixed for 21.01.2025, is preponed and is taken on board today itself. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents No.2 and 3 does not dispute the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case (CWP-13765-2021) is dismissed as withdrawn. CWP-13765-2021 (O&M)
