1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani to quash the result and marksheet of respondent No.4.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if need arises.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
