1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana in Suit bearing No. CS/1501/2014.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main suit itself has been dismissed vide judgment dated 22.10.2024 by the trial Court and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
