1. Present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.01.2019 whereby an application under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was allowed by the Trial Court as well as order dated 21.10.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main civil suit has been dismissed by the Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 24.09.2024.
3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
