1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 04.03.2023 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Gurdaspur in Execution Exe 98 of 2016 whereby the objections filed by the petitioner/Judgment Debtor have been dismissed.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 26.02.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Gurdaspur, the statement of the Judgment Debtor-Dalip Singh/petitioner has been recorded to the effect that he has removed the structure of tubewell room and water tank from the suit property and accordingly, the execution application has been dismissed being fully satisfied and in view of the same, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case, any cause of action survives.
