The instant petition was filed on 24.11.2021 by Mr. I.P.S. Mangat, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 25.11.2021.
2. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petitions on which objections are raised by the Registry are to be taken back by the counsel or the parties, who filed it, to be filed again, after removal of such objections, within a total period of forty days. Apparently, the case was not taken back for re-filing after removal of objections.
2.1 By notifying in the cause list, the Registry had requested the concerned Advocates to collect all their cases lying with objections, (which were filed up to 31.12.2023). It was further notified that all such HIMANI GUPTA 2024.11.28 12:56 pending cases would be listed before the Court for appropriate order. 3. On failure, the instant case has been shown listed in the cause list for 21.11.2024, however, no one is present today.
4. Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, no order is required to be passed on the judicial side and the instant incomplete matter stands disposed of. Registry is directed to weed out the incomplete paper- book as per rules.
