The present revision application has been filed on the ground that the claim of the petitioner, which is disposed of in terms of CWP No.9761 of 1990 titled "Tarsem Lal Vs. State of Punjab and ors.", is not covered by the said judgment.

Once, a categoric finding has been recorded by the Co Co-ordinate ordinate Bench while passing the order dated 30.01.2020 that the claim of the petitioner is covered by Tarsem Lal's case (supra) and in case, the Department is of the view that the claim of the petition petitioner is not covered, the same will be a matter of appeal and not of a review. The categoric finding recorded by the Co-ordinate Bench keeping in view the pleadings of the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 25-11-2024 09:31:49 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:153155 RA-CW-60-2021 in CWP No.6073 of 1994 -2- party, the petition has been disposed of in terms of Tarsem Lal's case (supra) and in case the Department is aggrieved, only remedy available is appeal and not the review.

No ground is made out for any interference in the present review application.

Hence, the present review application stands dismissed. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
