1. The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate writ for setting aside the orders dated 31.10.1984, 13.03.1985, 01.04.1986 and 10.12.1992 (Annexures P-1 to P-4 respectively).
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the instant petition.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
