1. The present case was filed on 12.05.2017 by Mr. C.L. Pawar, Mr. Munish Bhardwaj and Mr. Sanjeev Virk, Advocates, upon which the Registry had raised some objections, which as per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part- A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, had to be re-filed within 40 days.
2. As per the note, Registry had requested the learned Advocates to collect their cases, which were filed upto 31.12.2023 wherein objections had been raised, and notified, that all such pending cases will be listed before the Hon'ble Courts for appropriate orders.
3. In the wake of the above, the present case has been listed today, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties.
4. Keeping in view the aforesaid factual matrix, no further order is required to be passed. The file be consigned to the record room.
