1. Present Regular Second Appeal has been filed for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2006 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kaithal, and judgment and decree dated 23.12.2004 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaithal may kindly be upheld.
