1. Present Regular Second Appeal has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 24.12.2005 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jind, whereby judgment dated 14.12.2002 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jind has been upheld.
2. Office report indicates that fresh notice issued to respondent No.2 has been duly served.
3. Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. On the last date of hearing also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that neither the appellant nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present appeal.
4. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution accordingly.
