(QRAL) Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside order dated 23.11.1976 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Collector, Abohar; order dated 17.12.1985 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur; and order dated 05.05.1994 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners pleads no instructions from the petitioners and submits that despite her best efforts, she could not even locate them.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
