The present appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Judge, Special Court, Ferozepur dated 13.04.2015 wherein the Court below has convicted the appellant under section 15 of NDPS Act for allegedly possessing 30 Kg of Poppy Husk.
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the instant case.
