The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the compensation to the petitioner as her husband had died in the accident caused due to negligent act of the respondents by ignoring the public safety at large and for non- maintenance of roads.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present petition is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP-22904-2016 titled as 'Rajwinder Kaur and another V/S State of Haryana and others'.
Disposed of in terms of order/judgment dated 18.08.2023 (supra).
