1. The applicant had filed the present application for grant of special leave to appeal against the judgment dated 01.09.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hansi.
2. In the year 2018, the Registry of this Court had raised certain objections, however, the objections were not removed and even copy of the impugned judgment does not seem to be attached with the main file. It seems that the applicant is not interested in pursing the present application.
3. Consequently, the application for special leave to appeal is ordered to be dismissed.
