Seeking cancella on of an cipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 in the FIR cap oned above, the complainant has come up before this Court under Sec on 439(2) CrPC, 1973.

2. Complainant as well as respondent No.2 accused are present in Court. There was a brief interac on of the complainant and the accused along with their counsel. Although the accused has denied giving threat to the complainant, but the complainant submits that he has received the threats from the accused-respondent No.2.

3. Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 undertakes that he will not give any threat to the complainant, behave in decent and respec ul manner and will not abuse or in midate him or contact his family members.
