1. By this common order, four writ petitions, the details of which have been given in the heading, are being disposed of as all these petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts.
2. In the present writ petitions, the grievance being raised by the petitioners is that their salary has been reduced and that too without giving any opportunity of hearing to them, which act on the part of the respondents is contrary to the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.9417 of 2019 titled as M/s. Daffodils Pharmaceuticals Limited and another vs. State of U.P and another, decided on 13.12.2019 as well as in Civil Appeal No. 2265 of 2011 titled as Chamoli District Co-operative Bank Ltd through its Secretary/Mahaprandhak and another vs. Raghunath Singh Rana and others, 2016(12) SCC 204, decided on 17.05.2016.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents, on the instructions from Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Superintendent, submits that impugned order reducing the salary of the petitioners be treated as withdrawn with liberty to the Department to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after giving them due opportunity of hearing.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the impugned order has been withdrawn with liberty to the Department to pass a fresh order, the present writ petitions have been rendered infructuous and the same may kindly be disposed of as such.
5. Ordered accordingly.
6. Civil miscellaneous application pending if any, also stands disposed of.
