1. Learned State counsel submits that in terms of the directions given in para 43 of the judgment dated 13.03.2024 rendered in CWP-2158-2020 - Ashish Sharma and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, the State considered the respondent's case for regularization and through a speaking order dated 07.08.2024 has rejected the same and therefore, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
