The present RSA had been filed by the appellant-plaintiff against the judgment and decree dated 18.05.1989 passed by the Additional Senior Sub Judge, Ferozepur, in Civil Suit No.515-1 of 1986/1988 instituted on 19.08.1986 dismissing the suit for possession of land measuring 14 kanals 16 marlas situated in village Marre Khurd, Tehsil Ferozepur as well as the subsequent dismissal of the Civil Appeal No.109 of 1989 vide judgment and decree dated 02.08.1991 passed by the Additional District Judge, Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite having made arduous efforts to contact the appellant-plaintiff, no response is forthcoming. He submits that he also made an attempt to contact the Sarpanch of the said village and was informed that the appellant-plaintiff is not known for the last 15 years.
It seems that the appellant-plaintiff is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
