1. Learned counsel for the appellants fairly states that the present appeal is liable to be dismissed in terms of a recent decision by this Court dated 26.09.2024 passed in LPA-2356-2024 - State of Haryana and others vs. Sher Singh.
2. In the light of the above statement, the instant appeal is also dismissed in terms of Sher Singh' case (supra).
